In time for 31st October, I’ve been making new Halloween jewellery – mostly charms, with a couple of chain-and-bead pieces.
Here’s a quick preview; see more on my Halloween page or go directly to bronz.beads, my online shop.

I recently bought these cute tulip beads. They come as a kitset, which isn’t how I usually buy beads – but they were irresistable. I wasn’t sure how they’d look best, so I’ve made two versions: stem above the leaves and leaves above the stem. Which do you think looks best?

See my latest collection of earrings and a necklace in my new “Bellflowers” range. I’ve bought some most beautiful bell-shaped flower beads in several colours. Some are glass; some acrylic. My first few Bellflower earrings are on a short drop and quite shiny and delicate; latest ones are on a longer drop, with toning beads and spacers.

New “Flower Girl” earrings added to my Kinder Garten page.
Ideal for junior wedding attendants, so they’re listed in my Bronz.Bridal.Beads shop; buy them online now

Brand new in my “kinder garten” range for kids (and young at heart adults) are these gorgeous, eye-catching or sweetly subtle earrings and bracelets.
Check out my Facebook page for more frequent updates and look out for new listings in my online shops, too.

A new range in 2023

I’ve updated this website to offer a more streamlined showcase of my various ranges and styles, as well as adding brief “about” and “contact” links.
FREE CHRISTMAS EARRINGS to the first three people (in New Zealand) to comment on my Facebook post. If you’re overseas, I’m happy to send earrings if you pay the postage via my online shop.
Cheers, Bronwyn

Cabochon: “Dome-shaped stone, without facets“
It refers to the shape of the bead or gem, and in my cabochon jewellery, it’s the rounded, convex resin part of the earring or pendant. Gemstones can come in cabochon shape, although they’re usually facet-cut,
In my jewellery pieces, the cabochon with a picture under it is glued into a frame, or bezel.

A cabochon is a special type of gemstone that has been shaped and polished, rather than faceted. As a result, these gemstones have a domed surface and a flat back. – Joseph Jewelry
Everything must go, to make way for new Floral creations, like these examples.

At a recent craft market, my table was one of 20 jewellery stalls. With so many people making jewellery, I’ve decided to concentrate on a few specialist styles: mainly flowers, with some steampunk & special occasion items: Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Wedding Party.

Made especially for an Artisan Craft Market, so I’ll have new stock to display as well as jewellery made earlier in the year, these two pretty little “Spring Spray” pairs, plus a couple of others in pastel shades:
